Swift Undertow is a creation spawned during the lockdown period of the Covid pandemic. There is a consistent, funky, and organic vibe kept while exploring a variety of worldly rhythms and beat patterns. Combing the boom BAP early 90s era hip-hop sound with dub, reggae, funk, blues, folk, along with some house music and dance trance- each track blends uniquely. Created with a drum machine with live bass ,acoustic guitar, samples and vocals- Swift Undertow live beat loops and rhythms would be considered a progressive instrumental drums and bass project.
