Born in the parish of Westmoreland  Jamaica and raised in the small mountain village of Moreland Hill in the same parish, Clatta Bumboo presently resides in the city of Providence, Rhode Island, USA. Influenced by the commanding reggae sound of the Rastafari elders such as The Wailers, Bob Marley, Burning Spear and Culture; Clatta Bumboo has accepted the responsibility to uphold the roots music of his culture, as he records and release original reggae records from his new home city of Providence. Releases to date includes We Are Chosen, She’s A Rebel, Baseline, Know Jah, Heartache, Heartache Dub and Mother’s Prayer; all available for streaming and download on all major digital platforms.  Clatta will be backed by the Roots Government band bring you a unique  blend of original music and Bob Marley renditions.
