Barn Burning / Reindeer

Barn Burning has been described as an inventive Rhode Island band that offers an indie take on alt-country. The resulting tunes are sparse, yet rich with emotion with vocal harmonies and detached melancholy that is anchored to earthly lap-steel, violin and harmonica. From quiet to loud all sometimes within the same song, this is a band too pretty to seem angry, but just loud enough to hurt some feelings.
