PVD WORLD PRESENTS: SALIFBAMAKORA/YOCUBA DIABATE

Join us for our final concert of July, happening this Thursday July 25th, 2024 7:00 PM at @parlourprovidence.
Due to the recent passing of @toumanidiabatemusic, @madousidikidiabate will not be able to join us as he has returned home to Mali to be with his family during this difficult time.
In honor of Toumani Diabate’s life and legacy, we will continue the performance with special guests @salifbamakora and Yacouba Diabate on Kora, celebrating the instrument that played a significant role in their lives.
Proceeds from ticket sales will support Madou and the Diabate family during this challenging period.
In addition to a once in life time Kora music virtuosity night, we are thrilled to feature special guest artists @npolitelli and @jrmamana for a live performances.
To cap off the night, @symposiumrecords will host a DJ set for dancing.
Join us to listen, sing, and dance to musical rhythms as diverse as the global community. Let us come together to honor the memory of our hero, Toumani Diabate.
